We can’t wait to welcome spectators to Dallas for the VEX Robotics World Championship! Whether it’s your first time attending or you’re a returning fan, this quick guide will help you prepare for the experience. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your visit.
All spectators must complete the online Spectator Check-In, which opens May 2, 2025. Once you are at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, head to Lobby D or Lobby F to pick up your wristbands, which are required for entry into the competition halls.

Paid parking is available at lots surrounding the venue (rates may vary). We recommend arriving early—lots can fill up quickly, especially in the mornings. Accessible parking is available near Lobby D and Lobby F.

Teams are not permitted to bring VEX IQ Robotics Competition fields or portions of fields into the Convention Center. While game elements are allowed, field perimeters or tiles are prohibited. For detailed information, please refer to the Pit Areas policy.
