In the REC Foundation community, we are privileged to know and work with so many incredible mentors. In collaboration with VEX Robotics, it is our pleasure to share this short documentary about Coach Nekoda and the impact that he’s had on his students in the White Mountain Apache Reservation.

This documentary follows them on their journey from starting a local robotics team, to their experience competing in the 2019 VEX Robotics World Championship. Coach Nekoda was presented with the Inspiration All-Star Award, and was inducted into the STEM Hall of Fame.
