VEX Robotics World Championship Detailed Agenda

The VEX Robotics World Championship will take place in Dallas, Texas, April 25-May 3, 2024. The following detailed agenda is tentative.

NOTE: Upon arriving in Dallas, coaches may check-in at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center the day prior to their event. Coaches may pick up registration materials for their entire team.

Check in can be completed April 24 (VRC HS), April 27 (VRC MS/JROTC/VEX U), and April 30 (VIQRC ES/MS) between the hours of 12:00 and 6:00pm.

This is for check in only - teams will not be able to access their pit area until the day of their event. Since inspection must be completed by noon on the first day of competition this year, we are encouraging you to check-in and get your materials the day before your event starts.
